麻烦修改感恩 secondary students study international news as subject
Some people think secondary students should study international news as a school subject, but others argue that it is a waste of students’ valuable school time. Discuss both and give your opinion.
In contemporary society what students needs study at school is a concern. Some people argue that international news should become a school subject, while others contend that students’ precious time will waste by studying it. To through light on this issue, I would like to take two situations, placing them in opposition.
On the one hand, it is arguable that studying international news brings numerous benefits to students. To start with, students may broaden their horizons by learning news happening in this world. Students may understand more details about new knowledge such as foreign cultures, different religions, and exotic festivals. Furthermore, after learning a subject of international news, students may have better employment opportunities than before. Students by studying international news may realize what careers are popular in this world namely doctors or nurses and then they could work hard to be a doctor or nurse.
On the other hand, a convincing argument can be made that adding one international news course may carry some drawbacks to students. The main reason for this is that students may suffer more stress due to an added course. Nowadays, students may study more courses than decades ago, the more course they have, the more stress they gain. Moreover, international news becoming a new course may occupy student’s important time which they spend on other course. If students have to spend extra time studying international news, they will have less time to study other necessary courses, for example Math, English, or History. Last but not least, students may need more exercise but not more courses. A recent research project conducted by the Exeter University suggests that students are not getting enough basic physical exercise no matter at school or at home, leading to more cardiovascular diseases in their afterlife.
By way of conclusion, I would concede that adding international news as a course may benefit students. Despite that, the disadvantages created by learning International news outweigh its advantages. Overall, I strong convince International news should not be studied by students as a course. |
